We do not guarantee the availability of all the requested items at the moment you place an order. Partial refunds are possible when the items are out of stock.

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return, please follow the instructions below:

All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please email to contact@usjewelryhouse.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). The following information must be included in the email:

1. Order number
2. List of the returned items (Product code or SKU required)
3. Reason for return

Once a Return Authorization is received, please write the RA number on the copy of the invoice and attach it to the package. Any return without an invoice with RA will not be accepted. Please mail your return to the following address:

All returned items must be unused and have an original packaging (product cards and tags must be attached). If the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to reject a refund or a store credit option.

To qualify for a refund, the postmark date should not exceed 3 business days from the date the RA was issued. Late returns will be issued as a store credit. Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date are not eligible for refunds or store credit

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

A 20% restocking fee is applicable to any non-damaged item returns and/or cancellation on processed orders.

Special orders do not subject to refunds and exchanges.

Sale items are final sale.

Face masks and hygiene products are final sale and do not subject to returns.

If you are returning damaged or defective items, please send pictures, an invoice number and a good contact email to contact@usjewelryhouse.com within 5 days of receipt. Further instructions will be sent to the provided email address.

Eligible returns are processed within 5 business days.

REFUNDS:

US Jewelry House reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Information

Orders get shipped out Monday through Friday via FedEx or UPS services. Orders placed before 10 AM EST are shipped the same day. Partial shipments are possible when items are out of stock (unfulfilled items get refunded).

We offer FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $250 (U.S. Contiguous only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Free FedEx Ground Shipping option must be selected at the checkout.

Special orders DO NOT subject to Free Shipping Promotion due to increase of customs tariffs for imported goods. 

International shipping is available.

Estimated shipping cost can be found once the checkout is reached and the shipping address is entered.

Shipping time on international orders takes 5-21 business days depending on the country and customs procedures.
