We do not guarantee the availability of all the requested items at the moment you place an order. Partial refunds are possible when the items are out of stock.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 business days since the package is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and have the original packaging (product tag is required).
If you are returning damaged merchandise, please send pictures to email@example.com and mention your order number in the email.
Special orders do not subject to refunds and exchanges.

Health and personal care items, sanitary goods and cosmetics are final sale and exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or an invoice copy as a proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
US Jewelry House reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
A 20% restocking fee is applied to any non-damaged item returns and/or cancellation on processed orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders get shipped out Monday through Friday via FedEx or UPS services. Orders placed before 12 pm EST are shipped the same day. Partial shipments are possible when items are out of stock (unfulfilled items get refunded).
We offer FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $250 (U.S. Contiguous only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Free FedEx Ground Shipping option must be selected at the checkout.
International shipping is available.

Shipping time on international orders takes 5-21 business days depending on the country and customs procedures.
