We do not guarantee the availability of all the requested items at the moment you place an order. Partial refunds are possible when the items are out of stock.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return, please follow the instructions below:
All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please email to contact@usjewelryhouse.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). The following information must be included in the email:
- Order number
- List of the returned items (Product code or SKU required)
- Reason for return
Once a Return Authorization is received, please write the RA number on the copy of the invoice and attach it to the package. Any return without an invoice with RA will not be accepted. Please mail your return to the following address:

All returned items must be unused and have an original packaging (product cards and tags must be attached). If the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we reserve the right to reject a return.
Important: If the order was qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credited amount.
To qualify for a store credit, the postmark date should not exceed 3 business days from the date the RA was issued. Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date are not eligible for credit.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee is applicable to any non-damaged item returns and/or cancellation on processed orders.
Special orders do not subject to refunds and exchanges.
Sale items are final sale.
Face masks and hygiene products are final sale and do not subject to returns.
If you are returning damaged or defective items, please send pictures, an invoice number and a good contact email to contact@usjewelryhouse.com within 5 days of receipt. Further instructions will be sent to the provided email address.
